Starting at $75/hr

Event Management

Your company or committee has selected the venue, theme, and all the major pieces are in place, but who is going to manage the event day logistics?  Spade Events will join your team a few months prior to the event to become familiar with the plan that was developed and ensure the event is executed as planned.

Some of the services include:

  • Manage all communication with vendors contracted
  • Serve as POC for the set up and tear down of the event
  • Manage registration and guest arrival
  • Ensure goals of the event are kept top of mind
  • Provide additional staffing and volunteer management

Minimum of 20 hours at $100/hr
